I did not go wrong in choosing Cindy Steagall with Cherokee Real Estate. She was always a professional, but fun and personable too, which made this endeavor so easy on us. Our house was on the market for two and half months and we had quite a few people come look at our home with a lot of interest. I had a challenging seller situation. My brother was no longer physically able to stay in his home. To complicate matters he had to move away from town. I stepped in to oversee the sale of the property as his health deteriorated. Cindy's first action was to hook me up with a local title company to obtain a power of attorney. Since I did not live in East Texas, and was already busy with my own job, family and caring for my brother, Cindy was my contact to arrange for home cleaning, yard work and repair, two separate plumber visits and advice on resale locations for various home furnishings. I could not have done any of this in a timely fashion without her functioning as my personal assistant which was way beyond the normal realm of realtor functioning. And...she did a good job as a realtor also. Despite several negatives about the property I was trying to sell it was sold within 100 days of contracting with Cindy.

Cindy is very personable. After looking at properties one afternoon and visiting with each other, she immediately undertsood what I wanted.
